Dr. Katrina Leclerc is a researcher, evaluator, and public policy advisor with more than 10 years of experience supporting governments, international organizations, academic institutions, and civil society organizations in Canada and globally. Her expertise spans government relations, public policy, program evaluation, strategic research, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge mobilization. Katrina has led and contributed to projects for clients including United Nations entities, government departments, foundations, and non-profit organizations, with a particular focus on governance, human rights, peace and security, youth engagement, and social policy. Recognized through multiple national and international awards, she is known for translating complex research into practical recommendations that inform decision-making, strengthen programs, and advance organizational objectives.


Eric Plamondon

With extensive experience as an organizational leader and board chair, Eric Plamondon primarily supports non-profit organizations in their governance, strategic planning, government relations, and organizational transformation challenges. Originally from Winnipeg, he worked in federal and provincial politics before leading cultural organizations. A Two-Spirit Métis, he places inclusion, diversity, and a deep connection to the land at the heart of his professional practice. Eric speaks French as his mother tongue and English as his adopted language—two languages imposed upon him, in contrast to the Indigenous languages offered by the land.
Simone Mbodé Diouf

Based in Dakar, Sénégal
Simone Mbodé Diouf is an international consultant and researcher specializing in the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) and Youth, Peace and Security (YPS) agendas in Africa. She is President of APELJFF Senegal, a member of the African Union Advisory Group on Elections and Governance (DPAPS), and served as the African Union Youth Ambassador for Peace for West Africa (2024-2026). She has advised governments and regional organizations in more than 20 countries. Simone is currently a PhD candidate in Global Studies at Leipzig University and a 2026 DAAD scholar.

Blanche is a bilingual social impact leader, youth rights advocate, and psychotherapist whose work sits at the intersection of mental health, equity, linguistic rights, and youth engagement. She brings an intersectional approach to advocacy, community leadership, and program development, with a particular focus on youth-led initiatives. Deeply committed to her community, Blanche is passionate about supporting and empowering others in both her professional and personal life. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
Tudor Mihaila

Tudor holds a Bachelor of Science and a Certificate in Occupational Ergonomics, with experience in occupational health and safety consulting, web development, and digital marketing. He has supported organizations across a range of sectors to address operational and strategic needs. Expertise areas include project-based consulting involving OHS management systems, program and procedure development, risk assessments, and the design of training curricula and educational materials. He also contributes to the development of websites, digital tools, and marketing solutions that support organizational communication and day-to-day operations.


Nicolas Daichi Deporcq-Pomerleau

Nicolas is a law student at McGill University and an intern at the Association of French-Speaking Jurists of British Columbia (AJEFCB), following the completion of his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Born in Vancouver and of Franco-Japanese heritage, he is actively involved with the province’s Francophone and Japanese communities. He created and taught the Japanese program at the British Columbia School Board’s (CSF) Virtual School and has served on the board of directors of the Francophone Youth Council of British Columbia (CJFCB). He is interested in international relations and the defence of minority language rights in Canada.
Hélène Maye Diouf

Based in Ottawa, Canada
Hélène Diouf works at the intersection of public communications, political analysis, and project coordination. Originally from Senegal, she is currently studying Communications and Political Science at the University of Ottawa. She is interested in political dynamics and in how communication shapes public understanding of key issues. She previously led institutional communications for the Embassy of Senegal in Canada, where she oversaw the launch of its new website, and also served as community manager for APEL-JFF, helping develop communications strategies for initiatives focused on young women’s and girls’ leadership. Her work is grounded in a strong commitment to representation and inclusion in public life.
